Truth be told, I've been hitting 130 for 2 days now.
Couple of days back, my daughter's mother in law visited. She has returned from Budapest, where she spent a couple of months with daughter & the baby.
So, we feasted on a few goodies.  ;)

66 (3.66) this blue sky morning, 79 (4.38) at bedtime last night.

Is 66 the normal temperature for your area at this time of year?  I think we are going straight from Summer to Winter with no Fall colors in between.  :(

bigskygal, how do u score a 66 / 79

grammabear, the 66 was my fasting bg not the temperature here.  Morning temps are in the 40's this time of year.

Rocky, I have been very strict on my lc/hf/ketogenic journey.  I never cheat, rarely eat out.  My late husband had a leg amputated and went blind ignoring his diabetes. because of this I chose to do everything I can to stay healthy.

Sweety

Tamagno,
We all have you in our thoughts and prayers. Let's wait to hear from the oncologist. Hopefully the cancer is in the infant stage and you are able to get rid of it asap.
Yes, do keep us updated. My BG was 98 today.

Tamagno - I pray that the Onocologist will have wisdom in treating your cancer and you will have the strength and peace to come through this situation.

96 (5.32) this morning.  Looks like the temperature will be dropping quite a bit after today and we will be more Fall like.   :)
@Tamagno, Well, that is certainly not good news but hoping that treatment will take care of it.  No doubt you are anxious to hear all of the details, just know we all send our prayers for a quick recovery.

74 (4.1) this partly cloudy morning, 74 at bedtime last night too.

@Tamagno, sorry to hear that news.  Hopefully it is early times and treatment can squash it.  Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

189 this morning.

Many, many thanks! No more news from the oncologist yet, but I'm sure I'll hear back next week.

Meanwhile, solid food is off the menu. Anybody know of any low-carb nutrition drinks? Seems like there was some mention awhile back, but I can't find it.

John,
This is our "go to" drink. Perfectly LC/HF, very filling and tasty.
