Argh... it is only 10:35 and the yahoos are already shooting off their fireworks! At least at this time of year, with snow on the ground the fire danger is non existent...4th of July I worry!

T-2 dx 2/2012 FBG 243 A1c 9.5%   A1c 6/12  5.7%.  A1c 4% 7/13 to 12/16.
12-16  5.1%.  6/18 5.3%.  6/19  5.7%.  6/20 5.7%.  7/21 5.2%.  8/22 5.5%. 7/23 6%. 7/24 6.8%.
Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

New Years isn't much up here - we got only a bit of guns fired as far as I know.

Basically, just another night, wondering what the new day will bring...

I managed to stay up until 11:00 p.m. but the eyes kept closing while watching television so I gave in and went to bed.

98 this morning.  I haven't stayed up until midnight on New Years Eve for a long time.  Like I expected I got up this morning and  it got here just fine without my help !  Happy New Year everyone, welcome to 2020.

106 this partly cloudy morning.

41° was the high yesterday. Rain overnight washed away all the snow on the ground, may be more rain today. Forecast high for today is 42° with overnight low of 32°.

Well, even I didn't make it to 12 last night. I fell asleep in the recliner and woke at 4:15AM, and yep the new year arrived without my help!

Well, my son invited a group of his friends to our place. We had a small barbecue and a bonfire in the garden. There were about 20 of us in all. They were up until the wee hours of the 1st, but we slept around 2:00 am. All in all it was a nice quiet event.

Ditto, Wally, it's been many years since I was up at midnight for New Years (of course, during my misspent years as a musician, midnight wasn't at all late). SKB, your sons party sounds like fun - it'd be a kick to party outside at New Years.

Cold here this morning, but rising to mid-40s in the afternoon and hovering around there a few days.

70 this morning.

Woke early this morning and could not get back to sleep, most annoying.

After I posted, I noticed the time is incorrect for our area.  How do I fix this?  It says I posted at 12:18 p.m. and here it is 6:12 a.m.???

85 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 60° and that looks like it will be the same for the next few days.  No rain in sight but sunny skies aren't bad either.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

Grammabear, you need to set your time zone in your profile.
Click on your name and then click on Forum Profile.  Click on Look and Layout. Click on Time Format.  In the box for time zone click on the down arrow and select your time zone.  At the bottom of the page clock on Change Profile.  It should now show your local time.

The time zone was perfect before the year 2020 rolled in.

115 this morning. Woke to a light dusting of new snow and a few flurries during the morning, maybe a few more later today.

42° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is 37° which it is right now. Overnight low predicted 31°.

Actually, I noticed a couple of sites yesterday that wouldn't accept the year 2020 for some reason. (Yesterday was filled with little problems - spills, falls, electronic problems, etc. that I just wrote it off with the others.)

Warm enough this morning I didn't start a fire; I like it.
