91 this morning.  It's a bit cool this morning at 29° but it should be sunny and around 60° for a high. 
Soup with homemade noodles sounds really good unfortunately I wouldn't do too well with it.  I have never been too fond of organ meat but I did do some bacon wrapped chicken livers that were quite good.  I should try that again.

38° was the high yesterday. Mostly rain in forecast for today with high of 45° and overnight low of 35°. Snow in forecast for next two days.

We've a weather warning for today that I've not seen before, vis, snow squalls. It's supposed to be quite cold with snow and high wind; not the best combination, I think.

Got up in the middle of the night and wound up sleeping the remainder in a comfortable chair. Woke feeling refreshed, actually, so I'll have to keep that in mind...

Cold here at 12 deg F but sunny, so it will be tolerable getting groceries today.  This idea of going any day of the week to do errands because hubby is retired, is something quite different for us.

89 this morning.  Weather remains pretty nice here and should through the rest of the week.
I'm still trying to decide what parts I will get for my new computer.  Actually it will be an upgrade to this one with a new Motherboard, processor and memory.  I built this one 6 years ago so that is a long time in computer years.  Still some of the things like the power supply and graphics card are quite good and will be just fine for the upgrade.  Deciding on the parts I will use is a compromise of how much you are willing to spend and how much power do you really need.  Kind of like building a fast car.  How fast you can go depends on how much you want to spend.

48° was the high yesterday. Today's forecast is for a high off 46° and low of 34° with a slight chance of snow.  There is supposedly a blast of Arctic air coming in three or four days with temps dipping into the negative range. There doesn't appear so far that there will be snow then too.

Wally - Last year when my younger son built our new computer, he said it was the most fun project he had done ~ because he was spending someone else's money.  I hope your upgrade is a great experience for you.

90 this morning.  A bit cooler this morning at 32° and our high is supposed to be 52° which is about 10° cooler than it has been.  It looks like this will be the norm for the next few days.  No chance of rain in sight.
Grammabear, yeah, it would be fun to have someone else paying for the parts to build a computer.  Especially if there were no limit on how much you could spend! 
The nice thing about building your own is that you can custom design it for what you want to do with it.  I just enjoy messing around with things and there is a lot of satisfaction to end up with something you did yourself.

High this morning.

Rocky day so far - my pump occluded sometime in the night and I couldn't get myself out of bed until late. Forced myself to give a pen bolus and then changed the insertion set, etc. I was napping in my chair and only just noticed it was noon. Finally am down to 245 and dropping. Whew, probably should have gone to the ER for DKA, but it seems things are getting better.

Boy, I tell you, at this point, this sort of thing really throws me!

40° was the high yesterday, I really did doubt the 46°forecast. Today's forecast is 36°/15°. I guess the cold is coming sooner. Snow in forecast for Sat thru Tues, looks like it might be a lot. But as we all know predictions can and often do change.

129 this morning.

Well, I dragged myself through yesterday and thankfully seem better this morning. I use the insertion set with the smallest and most flexible cannula which seems prone to kinking and getting itself clogged with blood. Just have to watch it, I guess.

It was very cold here yesterday and will be the same today. Then, over the weekend, it's predicted to be in the mid-60s. Goodness!

Tamagno - Hope you are feeling more like your usual self.  Having high blood sugars that require a shot seem to be a challenge when your numbers are already high.  The pump trainer I had suggested that anytime the number gets to 250+ then a shot should be considered.  I've found the best place to place that shot is in the bicep muscle.  Be well.

Our weather here is forecast to be very icy and snowy over the next two days.  The snowfall is forecast to be anywhere from 6-12 inches or more.  This time I hope they are wrong.

79 this morning.  Weather here is the same each day for the next few days with highs in the mid 50s and lows around freezing.  Not near as bad as some of you are seeing.  Some rain would be nice but not complaining.
Gee Tamagno that sounds really like a bad deal.  Glad you are better and hope it stays OK.

108 this cold cloudy morning.

35° ended up being the high yesterday. When I went to bed at 3AM (fell asleep in recliner after taking bedtime bg) it was 15°, when I got up at 9:30AM it was 15°. I don't know if it got colder in between. Today is supposed ti get up to 31° today with possible snow showers, overnight 23° again possible snow. Sat looks to be snowy. Glad I am all stocked up and don't need to go out until Monday.
