7420 steps yesterday  12/12  I had really bad leg cramps last night and my calf is really sore this morning so not sure how it will do today.  I might have to back off but sometimes it works itself out.

6329 steps yesterday  12/12  I got a bit of a slow start but after a while my sore calf went away and I did manage to get my steps in each hour.  Feeling better today.

7,899 steps yesterday. My left knee periodically hurt so took it a bit easy. Seems OK today.

I last posted here on 4th Oct. That day I had walked on the road after a long time and unfortunately had worn the wrong type of shoes. Since then I had a pain in my left sole. I really couldn't figure out if it was a sore muscle or a torn ligament. The area just below my 3rd finger was hurting. Badly, if pressed. After 4 weeks of reducing pain, I could finally jump on to the TM again today. There is still some mild pain, but it didn't hamper my walking. I did a 2 km / 163 cal walk climb. The 163 cal puts my workout at around 3.25 km of plain walking.

Repeated the above in the evening as well, since I'm stay put at home. This time I increased the incline to achieve 150 cal in 1.6 km.

7372 steps yesterday  12/12  I have pain in my feet from time to time but I am pretty sure it is from osteoarthritis.  It seems to get better as I walk but I have to take it slow for a bit.  Different shoes or inserts may help as it doesn't seem to bother me when I take my shoes off and walk in the house.

23:20 min / 2.00 km / 150 cal. Mixed walk/run/climb, where running/climbing was 60%. Shaping up nicely. Didn't have any difficulty in doing the 4x150 mtr runs. I had anticipated some problems after such a long break.

8097 steps yesterday.  I did not plan to do that much but shopping added to my count.  I am interested to see how it may affect me today.  In the past if I did too much it made the next day hard to make my goal.
