Quote from: skb on November 15, 2021, 09:40:02 PMMonday (yesterday) morning I managed a 30 min walk on the TM, about 2.3 km. I'm headed to the TM again.

Repeated that yesterday but a little bit faster and with some incline.

Repeated the same thing 30 min / 2.29 km / 177 cal.
As you can see the first 2 parameters are the same, yet 5 cal is gained due to increased gradient or speed. That 5 cal translates into something like an additional 100 meters.

7265 steps yesterday  12/12  In order to get to 7000 steps I attempt to get 600 steps in each hour for the 12 hours I walk.  I need to spread it out over the day and it is usually harder in the morning but gets better as the day goes by.

My goal is to get 7000+ steps or about 3 miles or about 4.8 km but it takes me all day to do it.

7,883 steps yesterday. Fell asleep several times in the recliner in the evening. Don't know why, but it is what it is...

5343 steps yesterday  12/12   I started out doing OK but I went to have lab tests done for my doctors appointment coming up and after I felt really poor and could not manage to do anymore than get the 250 steps in an hour.  Later in the day I started to do a lot better but I don't know why having blood drawn for tests made me so tired.  I am doing better today.

9,135 steps yesterday.

I haven't had that happen with a blood draw Wally, but what I notice is going out to shop or run errands totally exhausts me. It takes me a couple of hours to get back to normal.
