6168 steps yesterday  11/12  I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and used up almost two hours so I missed some walking time.  My right hip is now causing me a problem and I had a kind of rough night.  I am not going to put too much effort into walking today.  My doctor has ordered a CT Scan to get an idea of what is causing this so I have to call and make an appointment. 
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet. 
A1c 5.5%   10/23/2024

4,404 steps yesterday. I keep falling asleep in the recliner in the evening. TV is really boring this time of year...

I'm off the TM for the time being, so all I can do is walking in the house or when I am at work. With and without my phone I do manage 5 km every day at least.
No meds since June 2011

5,650 steps yesterday. It is freaking -10° outside, looks like I won't be going out again today. Glad the case of wet cat food arrived, I'll be giving them more of the wet food than normal as I am just about out of dry.
