4,453 steps yesterday. Just can't seem to get my count up. But maybe that is a good thing at this point??

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about your total steps.  The main thing is that you are moving and it is good to not put too much stress on your knee.  My Apple watch doesn't push me to get a number of steps each hour like the Fitbit did but it does alert me to get up and stand and move each hour.  How much is up to me and right now it isn't a lot but at least I do get up and move so I don't sit for hours at a time without getting up.  Do what you can and be happy with that.  Some people can't even do that much.

I quite agree Barb. Take it easy till you feel that your knee has completely healed and then you can go back to increasing your steps again.

I do try to take some steps each hour. But I can tell right away if it is too much as my knee barks at me. Part of the problem too is my balance is really lessened by my reduced vision. My left eye is really getting bad. I will be so happy, even though scared, when the surgeries are over!! I am not pushing at all just listening to what my body is saying... It is frustrating, but it is what it is...

A surprising 5,746 steps yesterday. I didn't push at all and never checked count during the day. I do feel a little achy today so will slow it down some.
