4,675 steps yesterday. Just don't seem to have much energy lately.

Incorporated some running in my routine after November. Running gives lesser calorie consumption but is very good for BG reduction. Calories consumed only 141.

Much trimming & gardening going on- time to replant some aeoniums. I consider gardening to be exercise (at my age), and relish the workout the squats give the leg muscles:)

Yeah, no doubt that gardening provides a lot of exercise.  Sometimes the aches and pains the next day let you know just how much!   ;D

LOL - hard to tell some days if it is the normal aches & pains or blooming new ones:)
