Only 3,855 steps yesterday. Was taking it easy as knee was hurting finally broke down and took an Advil at the end of the day.

4,902 steps yesterday. Lots of driving and then sitting at dr's.

On the upside, hardly any pain at all and I slept better last night than I have since the fall. Still going to take it a bit easy to make sure the steroid shot is truly working.
