Yeah, I totally agree with SKB, at my age I could care less sometimes what others think if it is negative.  What works for you is the right answer as far as I am concerned.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

6,648 steps yesterday. Errands really helped the count. So glad I was finally able to get out. Something like 5 more bills from the Eye Clinic. Will pay them and put in mailbox when I take up the garbage tomorrow.
