Yes, I am here for the long haul too! I try to shop Amazon as much as possible to help with costs.

You are right Wally, rehab has messed with my internal clock for sure! Lately I go to bed between 10:30 and 11:00PM and am up by 7:15AM. It feels weird to me, but maybe this is the new "me"??

3467 steps yesterday.  Right now I am looking at getting to 4000 steps and if it takes a while that is OK I just would like to see some improvement but it also takes time for me to get more steps.  I am limited on how many steps I can do at once so it takes more "walks" to get more steps.  Like right now I can do about 150 steps and have to stop.  If I can get that up to say 200 steps that would be a big improvement.   One thing I found out was that the app I was using missed steps once in a while.  When I first started using it I walked and counted 100 steps and it was right on so I took what it showed as good.  Sunday I noticed that on one walk it didn't show any steps!  I installed another app and ran them together and the first app was right most of the time and they were in sync but once in a while the first app lost count and would not record a walk.  yesterday I ran both together all day and the first app ended up 200 steps less than the new app.  It is kind of funny as both get their data from the same place on your phone but I am going to use the new one.

Must be some kind of sensors in the phone. While one app can pick that up, the other can't. What happens when you just bang your foot on the floor. I'm going to give it a try.

I did some marching while stationary in a spot. Stepz did pick them up as steps.

5,611 steps yesterday.

That's interesting skb. I have been looking at some walking videos on You Tube and was wondering if the marching in place steps would be counted. I will wait to try them out until after I am cleared by the doctor...

4050 steps yesterday.  I have my goal set to 3500 steps/day and will keep it there for a while but I am hoping to keep getting 4K and maybe add to that.  It has been a long time since I started to keep track of steps so I am not going to push it too hard but I do hope to improve.
I haven't tried stepping in place but I can't imagine that it wouldn't count it.  I am thinking that a step is a step but will try it out to see.

4214 steps yesterday.  Not too bad and I am feeling better and think this is really helping me.  Today with the biopsy procedure I won't get nearly as much but I will keep up for the rest of the day.

2114 steps yesterday.  Not much but over 5 hours driving and at the hospital and kind of tired after getting home so good enough.  Should be more normal today.
