6,237 steps yesterday. Sure didn't expect that!

Gathering/sorting 4 bags for garbage pick up, one bag was kitchen waste but the other 3, stuff I just needed to get rid of.

3626 steps yesterday.  I did get out and pick up a couple of jeans I had shortened, the curse of short legs.  While out I had my oil changed, it had been a year but I drive so little it was way below the milage for a change but I didn't want to go longer.  Filled my gas tank that was just a bit under 1/2 full but I like to fill it when at 1/2 and it had been 4 months since the last time.  It is only 3 miles from my house to the other side of town so the miles don't add up very fast.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

3252 steps yesterday.  I am trying to get another day closer to the 5K number but I don't want to push too hard right now.

Don't blame you one bit Wally, I gave up "pushing" to get a high number quite a while ago. Now, as I slowly get #s up a bit, I take what I can do and am happy with it.

3901 steps yesterday.  I am doing better at times walking without using the walker for support.  I am trying to do a bit more each day so that is not shown in my steps but it is an improvement.

6,794 steps yesterday. Lots of pacing waiting for neighbor to come over to fix window. Surprised I got that high though because I was exhausted after things were fixed and spent a lot of time just sitting..

3536 steps yesterday.  Not great but then not that bad.  The good part is that I was able to walk more without using the walker.  That doesn't show up in the step count but it is something I am keeping track of in my head.  I am doing pretty well and not having any balance issues which is a big deal for me.

I think what he means is the pedometer doesn't distinguish between steps w/walker and steps without walker. At least that is how I took it.

I missed some because phone was charging and I was doing some things before I realized I didn't have the phone...oh well, still did more than I thought I would.

3055 steps yesterday.  Kind of off but I started to have a pain in my hip and had to back off.  It is my right hip so I wonder if the weather has any thing to do with it?  I am not used to id being as damp as it is right now so maybe but then maybe not. 
Yeah, what I meant was like Barbara said.  The pedometer will count the steps naturally but it won't differentiate between the steps when I am using the walker and the steps when I am not using it.  Not a big thing but I don't think there is any way to do that. If I really want to keep track of that I can count those steps and write it down.

6,687 steps yesterday and I even went to bed an hour early!!

skb, I have learned and I think Wally too, that we only can do what we can each day but as long as we are moving, all is good.
