Back to the TM again with a casual climb,
36:00 min / 2.55 km / 212 cal
After cool down
40:00 min / 2.82 km / 230 cal. Also did some weights.
Those 230 cal translate to 4.6 km which is like 6716 steps.

6,316 steps yesterday. Over did a bit with chores and low back slightly sore, will take it easier today. Still haven't quite found my stride as to how much to do and when to stop...

2612 steps yesterday.  It is kind of obvious that I am not devoting a lot of time to walking but I am limited to how far I can go with each time I get up and walk.  It does take more time for me now than it used to because I need to stop and rest for a bit then walk some more.  I miss the days when I could go out and walk for 1000-2000 steps at a time but that is over.

Totally understand Wally! I can't do anything close to 1000-2000 steps at one time any more either. Those days are probably done for me too. I walk each hour, my goal, sometimes several separate times. I am definitely still in take it easy mode and actually still use the grabber tool for quite a few things. Just trying to spare my back any stress.

I have my step goal set at 7,000 per day but am well pleased if I just get over 5,000.

That is perfect strategy. Every hour or so, get up and walk a but. I do that every hour and the watch is a great tool that reminds me when it's time to stand up.

5,812 steps yesterday. Took it a bit slower yesterday.

Slept in this morning, first fairly decent night's sleep since brace off.

2735 steps yesterday.  Yeah, the watch is a good reminder that it is time to get up and move.  At least I do manage that.

I usually have the TV on in the background and I use the commercial breaks to remind me to get up and walk or when a new show comes on. Seems to work well for me...

That's great news. Good sleep is a must and when you get it the feeling is like top-of-the-world.

This is how I track myself during my workout. Today I thought of sharing all the parameters not just the end results, though it means anything to just me.

6,962 steps yesterday. Tried to baby my back yesterday as I can feel I have been doing too much too soon. However, did have a pretty good sleep again last night.

Thanks for sharing skb! Your method definitely does show you a lot of useful info. To my "simple" mind, steps are enough, with occasionally looking at distance.  Not mathematical at all here. LOL!

Well,?  I forgot to put my pedometer on and it sat alone all day!  I know I got my hourly steps in but I don't have any idea how many.  Oh well, I walked.  What a rube!  I checked, I have it on today.   ::)

That's good enough. I'm sure the count was spot on.

6,849 steps yesterday.

Weighed myself yesterday, down another pound in 5 days which does not make me too happy. However, shopping in the back of my closet and finding things I haven't worn in a long time that fit now is kind of fun!
