4185 steps yesterday.  I wasn't really feeling bad but got busy doing things.  I did get my 250 in each hour though so there is that.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

We do what we can, I tried to take it easy yesterday and will try today too, but it does't always happen.

Easy day, started working on cleaning out refrigerator but got really tired about 1/2 way through. Maybe I'll finish it today. Garbage up to the road is the most I have planned today.

ETA: Just went out to check kitties and saw very first Lilac blossom of the year! Can't wait for all to bloom, they smell so lovely!

4392 steps yesterday.  Actually SKB I am surprised that I have been able to keep making my 4K goal every day.  In the past I would suffer the next day and drop back to doing very little.  Yesterday I was ready to be satisfied to just make it to 3K and still got to 4K.  I do hope that maybe I can see some improvement in my strength and get to a higher level but I will be happy if I can at least stay here.

We have all fought with Diabetes the hard way, which is diet. The easy way out is to bank on medicines and forget the rest. That does show that we have the determination and the will in us. Armed with those qualities, I'm sure you will achieve what you want as long as you can.

5149 steps yesterday.  It has been a while since I was over 5K but I was outside "supervising" the people installing the fiber optic line to the house.  I actually didn't realize I had walked that much.

That's good and that is what I am trying to do as well. Once you give up any activity for a couple of months your muscles tend to waste away.
