Wow! 8,506 steps yesterday.

Surprised myself. Not intentional, just puttering around house and doing chores. But my back pays by the end of the day and I started today aching and stiff.

4378 steps yesterday.  Yeah Barbara my only problem with getting higher than usual step count is that nowadays it causes me problems for the next couple of days.  It seems that I don't get the benefit that I used to by doing more.

I think the sunshine is making me want to do more. I really need to be mindful of what I am doing and not do too much. My back aches every morning and I need to take it easier...seems almost too hard but I don't want to end up back in the brace!!

I was going to sit and start the new patient forms yesterday and just couldn't so I think I have to force myself to do them today and be done!

4775 steps yesterday.  I was surprised since I was going to probably spend a long time at the DMV but somehow I was able to get my 250 steps every hour and got a much higher total count than I thought I would.

Me too. Used the public transport system for a meeting in the evening and clocked around that many steps.

8,156 steps yesterday.

I am doing too much, last night my back even hurt when I went to bed, and usually that is when it feels much better. I need to force myself to back off some today. I tend to try to do the most I can, but right now that is not such a good thing...

3196 steps yesterday.  I had to back off later in the afternoon and take it easy.  When it just hurts to take more than a few steps I decided to rest.

I have always walked barefoot inside which is where I do most of my walking, outside/shopping I have very good shoes for walking. The pain is in the vertebrae area that I fractured when I fell. It is new since the fall.

8,284 steps yesterday.

Sheesh if that is taking it easy, I am a failure! Not too sore this morning so will see where that goes. Still going to try to slow down some...

Well, slow down is just what I did yesterday.  I was tired and sore so I didn't even carry my Fitbit so I would not be tempted to do more.  I needed the rest and feel a lot better today.

You did well by listening to your body. If it is asking for rest, then rest you must. I have been avoiding workouts due to the heat.

7,366 steps yesterday.

Really tried to slow down but kept getting up to do things. Even the small decrease in steps seems to have helped my back feel better today.

4230 steps yesterday.  I think the rest did me good.  I felt better yesterday although I got pretty tired around the end of the day.  Today I am feeling pretty good and I might be able to do more but I don't want to push it too hard.
SKB, I do my walking mostly inside where it is cool and just go outside in the morning when it is cool.

For now, I'm getting in the number of steps for a 'normal' day without doing anything extra. So the score would be around 2000 each day.
