Great number, whatever the reason. I had better start moving my butt too, before it's too late.

And take a break I did.  I didn't even carry the Fitbit so I wouldn't be tempted and today I am feeling a lot better.

6,380 steps yesterday.

Forced myself to slow down, though I did more walking around the yard after neighbor did a lot of mowing. He is coming back today or tomorrow to do some weed whacking. Will try to take it easy again one more day.

Neighbor showed up on his own volition and did the mowing, "just helping a neighbor". Found somethings in garage he liked, spiked spiders (snow chains) so I gave them to him. He is also very interested in a roll top desk for which he will do some outside chores for me... win/win for both of us, I get rid of the desk, and as he says "best boyfriend ever" as his girl friend has been wanting one! Interesting day all in all.

4149 steps yesterday.  I didn't really think I would get to 4K but just managed to late in the day.  I was feeling better though so the rest day did me good.
Glad you are getting help Barbara and that does really sound like a win-win situation.

With all the travelling yesterday, I'm sure I must have clocked 4k+ but I haven't checked.

8,262 steps yesterday. Still posting from my phone app, basically out of habit.

I am not walking to build my step count, just doing normal things. I actually am still trying to take it easy...that isn't easy apparently!  LOL!

Did make a quick grocery run yesterday and to hardware store for some LED flood lights.

Amazingly I did find some LED bug lights too! Energy is getting so expensive here and with an older place I have to do what I can to keep costs down. Our electric co. has sent small cases of LED bulbs to us twice in the last few years so most of my indoor lights are already LED.

4674 steps yesterday.  Better than I expected but not causing any problems so far today.
Yeah we changed all of our lights to LED some time ago including the fluorescent lighting and it is actually a small thing compared to things like the air conditioning but every little bit helps.

Same here. Most of the lights that get used a lot are all LED. Being so hot, the ACs are being used especially in the bed areas. But there too, I keep the settings on Auto and the cooling to medium, so the AC compressor unit switches off every now and then.

6,864 steps yesterday.

Tried to take it easy and did a bit better at it. Have a dr appointment in town and it is going to be a very tiring day today so wanted to rest up for it. Just hoping the weather holds and I don't have to drive in thunderstorms!

3325 steps yesterday.  I was doing well up to and after the doctors appointment and after I got home I did something to my leg and I am not sure what but it felt like it was twisted.  At any event I had to back off for the rest of the day.  It feels OK today.

Not a too bad 6,141 steps yesterday!

Man, the weather was terrible on drive up to town! Thunder/lightening and sheets of rain obscuring the view. Felt like I crawled on the highway, but worse in town as streets were basically flooded and water splashed up and over windshield!! Very stressful! Then lots of sitting at dr appointment. Did do a couple of quick shoppings in town before dr,  that added some steps.

Weather got better and better as I headed home, but I was exhausted by the time I got there!

4033 steps yesterday.  I looked at my step count just before getting in bed last night and was 100 steps from 4K so I walked around the living room to just get there!
Yeah a little rain while driving isn't too big of a deal but sheets of rain becomes a real problem.  I am sure you are glad to have that over.
