4362 steps yesterday 12/12.  For me 12 hours devoted to getting at least 250 steps is enough.  Doing less to not hurt the next day is actually doing less to not hurt as much the next day for me.  Muscle pain and sometimes joint pain are just something I have learned to live with but usually it is tolerable.

8,705 steps yesterday.

17 hours total walking, 15 hours over 250 steps, highest hour-11AM 995 steps. I always have my phone in my pocket so it captures all the steps daily. Early morning and late evening are normally very low step wise and that is fine.

I am still practicing the "learning to listen to my body more closely" rather than the old model of pushing for the most I can achieve.

That being said, I wrenched my right knee somehow getting into bed last night and this morning I can barely walk on it. Applied Salonpas patches and hope they help some. If gently walking doesn't help I may have to resort to an Advil. sigh...

4058 steps yesterday 12/12.  I just barely made it to 4K but did make it so good enough.

8,025 steps yesterday.

Knee calmed down some, Salonpas patches and then an Advil helped. Didn't expect to see a number like this for yesterday. I think I was actually doing a bit more walking hoping to get knee to loosen up. It seemed to help and today knee feels fairly good. Will see how today goes...

Yesterday, 15 out of 17 hours with 250+ steps. Highest hour 10AM with 918 steps.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards resting today too. Somehow it never quite seems to happen...

It is all in my phone app. Wally had the idea to record the 250/hr step count...I just went with what my app shows.

6,947 steps yesterday. Just shy of my "goal" but that is OK, I needed the slow down...

17 hrs walking, 16 hrs w/250+ steps, highest hour 4PM w/809 steps. Interesting when I put it all out like that. I didn't pay attention how many hours I was actually walking, don't really even look at my phone during the day for the count. I just go by the FitBit reminder when I haven't gotten the 250 steps/hr, but there does seem to be some difference in FB and phone app counts...

? steps yesterday.  I did take a break and spent some time in bed recharging like I said and it helped a lot.  I'm doing OK this morning after a good nights sleep so back to normal I think.

After our one day trip, we both (Ami & me) have decided to mend our ways. No more bad eating and restarting our workouts.

My excel log tells me that I last did the TM on May 11th. It's been a long time.

3101 steps yesterday.  I was doing just fine and had 7 hours of 250+ steps and well on my way to get over 4K then my right leg began to really hurt, not the knee or a joint but the muscle (I don't know what it is called, on front of the thigh and above the knee) and I couldn't put any weight on it so my walking for the rest of the day was pretty limited.  This morning it seems OK so what caused it I don't know.
