Kind of like my wrists...don't know where it came from, at least 1 is better today. I don't even want to think it is just age related...

Dug out an old hand brace from first steroid shots 10 yrs ago. It seems to help, but I really want wrist to work itself out so probably won't wear it long.

9,259 steps yesterday. Grocery shopping as usual add lots of steps!

Wrist loosened up by mid day so went out and ran errands. Both wrists are a bit stiff today but much better than yesterday.

3673 steps yesterday.  Only 7/12 hours with 250+ but my trials with getting my car registered took care of that.

That is one of the things that is good here in MT. Once a vehicle is 10 yrs old you can purchase Permanent Tags one time only payment and never have to register again as long as you own the vehicle. All trailers, boats and I think campers get them at original registration.

That is one reason I am hanging on to my old car...as long as it runs, I'm keeping it!!

8,352 steps yesterday.  Again will try to take it easy...

17 hours walking-16 hrs 250+ steps. Highest hour 9AM w/818 steps.

Went to bed later than I have been recently, slept in later by a bit too. Felt like a good sleep for once. Today's totals may be different...

4551 steps yesterday 12/12 which is a bit surprising as I spent a fair amount of time getting my car fixed and then having to take the smog report to the DMV to get my registration so I was there for a while.  Still managed to get my steps in somehow.

10,124  steps yesterday! Don't know how that happened. A few aches here and there, but feeling pretty good today so doesn't seem like any harm done.

New kitties in back yard. They are really tiny. They discovered they could hop up into the broken dryer vent. I was really worried about them. Lots of walking watching out for them, then saw other neighbor that mowed my lawn across the road and raced over to see if he could recover vent. He came over and promptly 3 kittens hopped up into vent! I made noise inside, ran the washing machine and put the dryer on no heat and finally all 3 came out. Neighbor put screen over vent and I feel much better now. Lots of going back and forth guess that accounted for all the steps.

4674 steps yesterday 12/12.  Even with the doctors appointment I was able to get all 12 hours of 250+ steps and got a total for the day higher than I expected.  No where close to what you did Barbara but plenty for me.

It isn't a competition Wally. We each do what we can... I was shocked when I saw the number this morning! Worry about my kitties kept me on my feet.

I just got back from a couple quick errands and am now definitely feeling yesterday's steps too!

5119  12/12 steps yesterday.  It has been a while since I was able to get to 5K so not bad for me. Yeah Barbara I am aware that it is not a competition and didn't mean it like that.  I do look at it as a competition with myself and try to do better than the day before.  If I only did 250 steps each hour, and I do it for 12 hours, I would only do a total of 3000 steps and sometimes it is hard for me to do more than 250 steps in an hour but when I can do more my total gets better.
