4166 steps yesterday.  Sometimes my back hurts when standing for a while and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with how much I have walked.

Yeah, the more I think about it, it was more likely stress related between the upset with UPs and I didn't sleep well last night.

The good news is I called the UPS store and actually talked to a live person. He looked up my tracking # and said it is on truck for delivery today...let's hope it does come today. They were very helpful and will call them again first if there is ever another problem with UPS!!

8,782 steps yesterday.

Not by my intention, just doing chores. Feel OK so far, but will definitely try to pace myself better today. I know from experience that too many days at higher steps is going to lead to several days in more pain...

My box arrived yesterday. At least the driver was truthful. His note on the box said "not accessible, road too muddy". UPS voice call said "Address incorrect". Amazon tracking said "Contact UPS". What a run around!!

The UPS Store was the most helpful of them all!

4311 steps yesterday.  I'm just trying to get my 12 hours of 250+ and 4K total and see if I can get a week in making my goal each day.  Doing OK so far so I will see how it goes.
Glad you got your package Barbara.  Here in town they don't have a problem delivering and when I was on the mountain we were on the highway so there was no excuse and UPS was good but Fed Ex was another story.  The drivers were independent drivers for Fed Ex and since we were far out from there regular area they came up with all sorts of excuses to not make a delivery hoping to get more packages nearby.

Today, I plan to use public transport which means that my step count would be pretty good. Anyways I'm running late, so no TM for today.

Decided to go up to town and do a little shopping. World Market/Cost Plus for some international treats and another kitchen towel from India that I just loved from last trip. Stopped in Bed Bath & Beyond everything is now 50% off. I got a set of sheets and a couple boxes of face masks. Shockingly they had a bunch of lint rollers so got more of those (after all the trouble I had finding them a couple of months ago!). Then to the large grocery store for a bit of shopping. So lots of steps in that trip and as usual exhausted when I got home.

Surprisingly don't feel too bad today but really going to try to take it easy the next couple of days!

7,862 steps yesterday.

This is definitely my "sweet spot". Managed to keep in this zone again yesterday and feel pretty good so far today. Never thought I'd be trying to keep a lower count before!! For now that is how it needs to be though.

4291 steps yesterday.  I made my goal for the whole week and today I am going to take a break.  I have some work to do on my computer and it will take up a lot of time so mot going to worry about it.
