7,107 steps yesterday. I'm thinking maybe it is time to try going up to 8,000 steps as a max and see how that feels. Not planning on going much higher than that most likely ever.

5425 steps yesterday.  I think that is the best I have done for a while and it doesn't seem to cause me any soreness today.  I am not going to change my goal and I am not going to try and push but if I can do better I will.  I think it is OK to do more if you feel good about it as long as you don't try too hard to get to a certain number.

4408 steps yesterday.  Yeah same here.  I am not going to push it but am happy if I can do more and not hurt the next day.

I'm just fine with that. It is going to be really hot here (mid 90's which is not typical at all) the next few days and I am sticking close to home so won't have any "bonus" steps for errands.

Yesterday I had to leave a bit early and missed my TM. So I walked a lot in the city to make up for it. I got something like 6500 steps.

4230 steps yesterday.  A bit lower but still over my 4K goal and I have hit my 12 hours of 250+ steps each day so not bad for this old fart.

4798 steps yesterday.  I could spend a bit more time walking to get to 5K steps but I am not paying attention to the total and just doing what feels right.  I am actually surprised that it was that high yesterday. My main goal is to get the minimum 250 steps/hour and that has been accomplished for the last several days.

Yeah, my goal is to be sure to move each hour, hopefully at least 250 steps. Sometimes I don't quite make that and then other hours I go much higher, so it evens out in the end. Ultimate goal is to move some every hour and not wake up in pain the next day from overexertion the day before.

4200 steps, even number!  I almost didn't get to 4K and I had made my 12 hour goal of 250+ steps by dinner but was still 200 steps short so I walked after dinner to get there which I don't usually do.  Just a bit of vanity as I am on a streak of hitting my 4K minimum goal and want to keep it going.
