The day before yesterday I had gone downtown by public transport and that always gives me lot of steps. It was something close to 9k, but it included climbing a flight of 4 floors in one go, several times.

Yesterday too I would have clocked between 5-6 thousand, though I haven't checked.
No meds since June 2011

5,608 steps yesterday.

A lot of standing around talking with handyman and showing him other projects for the future. Oddly enough for the lower amount of steps, my knee is sorer this morning than the last few days, go figure!

4461 steps yesterday.  This morning I am really sore so I think I will have to take a break.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

Today I have to take the garbage up, go to the bank, PO and grocery store so I don't think it will be a quiet day. Hoping to squeeze trip in between rain...

Well I did what I said and took a break and it was also the National Day of Relaxing so I did my part!  Hoping to get back to something like normal today.

6,899 steps yesterday. Running the few errands yesterday did up the count, but not as much. as usual. When I got home I took it pretty easy.

4404 steps yesterday so back on track but I have a doctors appointment today so that may have an effect on my total.

6,657 steps yesterday.

Knee is feeling better...there, I probably jinxed myself!! Trying to take it easy and the Aspercreme seem to be helping this time around. Still keeping the appointment with the dr though. I know there is something wrong and want to deal with it before it gets bad again.

So far so good, knee not nearly as painful as it was, but still taking it easy.

4650 steps yesterday.  My doctors appointment didn't have an effect on my total and I got my hourly 250 in for all of the hours so not too bad.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

6,633 steps yesterday.

Quick run to PO and to get a couple of new hoses for the outside, then thought "what the heck", went to grocery for quick shop. Knee about the same so taking it easy again today, this time no trips out.

I am going to have to put off trying to do anything like counting steps for a while.  Yesterday I tried and my body just gave out.  I am not able to get to anything like I was doing and am just able to get around without trying to do much more.  For now I am not going to have anything to post here.

6,885 steps yesterday.

Knee has been feeling better, but not sure whether it is the Aspercreme/Advil/ace bandage regime that is doing it or actual healing. Going to stop the ace bandage and see how that goes then will lessen the Aspercreme next if still feeling better. I'm still going to get it looked at on next pcp appointment...
