Totally exhausted by end of day and even woke exhausted! So much work into trapping and it is going to continue today too. Hopefully we will get the rest of them today. She is holding the ones they have already done until they have all the kitties.

5 more cats overnight but 2 are not among my colony...males that are going to wish they never came around here. Think there may be 10 or 12 more of mine to catch.... Another long day ahead.

8,999 steps yesterday.

This TNR process has been really exhausting but also rewarding. We have trapped 33 cats so far! A lot more than I expected. Nearing the end, so maybe one more high step day...

My body is aching all over...

Yesterday I had travelled to another city which is like 3-4 hours away. I travelled by train both ways and used my spare time to walk a lot and climbed several flights of stairs. My step counter said 10000+ but I did a lot more.
No meds since June 2011

Only 4 kittes left at TNR shelter the rest came home yesterday afternoon. Today I am going to take it easy. Still have kittens to catch and few of original ones to trap, but that can wait a day or two.

6,797 steps yesterday.

This was me taking it easy! Still have one trap active which means checking it regularly. Sadly yesterday I only got 3, they had already been fixed, so quickly released them. I am only going to set that one during the day/evening. I don't want a fixed kitty caught in it overnight.

I think there may only be 5 left to catch and 3 are small kittens, so won't they breed right away anyway. May have to wait a bit to try to get these guys.

I had no idea this process was going to be so exhausting!

Still chasing some kitties. Yesterday I managed to catch 2 of the newborn kittens from under the deck. Looking at them up close it looks like 2 different litters. One is old enough to be fixed the other will need fostering until old enough. They have a 10 yr old girl that is going to take all the newborn and foster and find homes for them. I just have to get the other 4 out...

Quick run to town to pharmacy to pick up colonoscopy drink (procedure is Tuesday, ugh!) and then will try to get the other kittens in the afternoon. 

Rest time won't start until Monday I think...

Trying to take it easier. Almost caught a couple more kittens but they got spooked after one of the mamas saw me. She swooped in and grabbed her kitty by the neck and quickly took it under the deck. I'll see what I can do today, but Monday is prep day and Tuesday is the colonoscopy so I won't be chasing kitties those days.

A perfectly round 6,000 steps yesterday.

I may be doing some nervous pacing today to keep my mind off eating. Garbage up to the road is the only place I'm going today.

I haven't posted here for quite sometime but I have been doing anything between 6k to 10k every day while using public transport.

More than I expected but things needed doing and kitties needed feeding. Still very tired feeling today so will try to take it easy as much as possible. Looking forward to solid food again!!
