4492 steps yesterday.  I just decided to take it kind of easy but I am going to see how close I can get to 10K steps today.  I think I am probably OK for this.

12,317 steps yesterday. Fell asleep in the recliner and lost an hour of walking time.

10,472 steps yesterday.  First 10K step day since my knee injury.  I didn't have any problems with the knee but my body noticed that I was asking for more.  It will be interesting to see how well I can do today.

6900 steps yesterday.  Knee did not cause me any problem but my back was kind of complaining so I backed off.  Doing OK so far today.

8234 steps yesterday.  The good news is that my knee isn't causing me any problem now.  The bad news is that I ma dealing with a muscle soreness problem.  It feels like I am walking up a steep hill so I can only go for so long and I have to stop.  Not sure where that is coming from.
