Well, Wednesday I noticed on my Fitbit that I had managed 250 steps one of the hours around noon and thought maybe I should try for more.  I have not been doing much at all and getting maybe 1500-2000 steps a day so I tried for 250 steps for the rest of the day and did it for 6 hours and 3260 steps for the day.  Thursday I was  able to get at least 250 steps for the whole 12 hours for 4383 steps for the day so that was a big deal foo me.  Friday I didn't think I would be able to repeat because I had a doctors appointment and it would interrupt my schedule but it went better than I expected and I got 4347 steps and 250 steps for all 12 hours.  This morning I was a bit sore but I am doing OK and in the past I have not been able to do all 250 steps at one time but today I have and that is an improvement.  If I do 250 steps each hour or 12 hours it is 3000 total so that is my goal for now but I have been hitting 4000 but I am looking at that as a bonus right now and am interested to see if I can get stronger. For now I am back posting my results.

Mostly quiet day. I did refresh straw in the cat shelters but that was only real "job" of the day.

More than expected, but we did set up the 12 coolers so I guess that is where the # came from mostly.

4507 steps yesterday.  Still managing to get over 4000 so happy about that.  I don't know if I can improve but I am going to keep it up.

Garbage up to road, then a bunch of tiny errands:  Pharmacy, PO, grocery, other Pharmacy, ACE. Lots of running around.

Feeling all around tired/achey so didn't actively push for steps. Maybe it is just the time of year? I'll just take the steps as they come, at least I'm still moving each hour!

4269 steps yesterday.  I am getting at least 4000 steps pretty regularly so far but today with the skin cancer surgery maybe not.

Maybe it is the season, I get tired so fast what ever I do. My get up and go seems to have gotten up and gone South for the Winter....

? steps yesterday.  I didn't even try to count steps.  Back to normal today but for some reason I am sore this morning.  I have been able to get at least 250 for the hour so far so maybe it will be a normal day.
