You just have to do it!  As long as you are not hurting. I know, not as easy as it sounds!

7,071 steps yesterday.

Though it never seems to happen, I am really going to try to rest today.

4770 or so steps yesterday.  I got a message that my Fitbit was ready for an update around 8-9 AM so I did it and it updated just fine but it started everything from back to zero.  I know I had 800-900 steps at that time so my steps plus that is where I believe I was.  Not a big deal, I do know I got all 12 hours of 250+.

Our road is being concreted and yesterday a power distribution box was also being replaced. So we had no power the whole day and the cars could not be moved out either. OI had 3 meetings during the day which I had arranged in a coffee shop close by, but even so I got 10000+ steps in and mind you about 20% of them are coming uphill.

OK. So I started with the TM again. Did a medium incline up to 8 and clocked 100 calories to begin with. Since I do inclines, I do not give much weightage to distance rather I give it to calories as that reflects the degree of difficulty and intensity.
Those 100 calories, translate to a 2 km normal walk which would give a step count of around 2900, and then other than the treadmill I have clocked 3000 + steps on my phone. So for today that would put me in the range of 6000 steps.

4,387 steps yesterday.

Finally got my day of rest, but I'm wondering if the big cut in activity affected my fasting #. I ate pretty clean yesterday thought that would help fasting more. Going to try to up activity again today. I have lots of outside work that needs to be done.

4340 steps yesterday.  As long as I can get my 250+ each hour I am happy.  I know others have seen a change in BG with activity but I have never seen any change by walking, even when I was getting over 10,000 steps a day.  I think it might be different with strength training but I don't know.

Ah. That's a very good question Wally and I am tempted to put in my 2 bits. But I know that 2 bits will become a very long post. So, not today, but I will put in my thoughts and experience (with exercise) in a day or two.

Today upped it to 125 calories. With the non-workout steps put in, my total would be around 6025 and it is not 6 pm yet. So I'll add another 2000 easy.

6001 steps yesterday.

Hoping for a quiet day today as this is going to be a busy week. Tuesday is dentist for more extractions and Thursday is dermatologist to look at a spot on my back. Busy but may not be many steps involved...

4331 steps yesterday.  Still doing good at getting my 12 hours of 250+ steps and the total kind of falls into place.
