2783 steps yesterday.  I said I was going to take it easy and I sure did.  Feeling a bit better today and doing OK so far.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

12,081 steps yesterday.

Fell asleep in the recliner last night and didn't wake up until 6AM this morning. I was all disoriented and at first thought it was still Monday but it was light out... went to bed and didn't get up until 11AM. Now my whole day is upside down. I was going to go out to run errands, but I feel so weird I'm just going to stay in. Don't know how the steps are going to go today.

8147 steps yesterday.  My back is still giving me some problem but not as bad so short of my goal but better.  Not sure about today but so far I'm doing fairly well so I'll just see how it goes.

12,266 steps yesterday. After I got reoriented to the time I did OK. Was just sort of foggy for most of the day.

7779 steps yesterday.  Yeah, I am making my steps each hour for the 12 hours I walk so that is good but I usually enjoy walking and right now it isn't that enjoyable.  I am hoping it will get better in time.

10,875 steps yesterday.  After being all whiny I ended up having a pretty good day.  I try to get 1000 steps in each hour when I can and my first hour starts at 6:00 AM and yesterday i had no problem doing that so at the 2:00 PM hour I had 9000 steps so I backed off a bit and still walked each hour but closer to 500 steps so I didn't push it too far.  Seems to be OK so far this morning so maybe I can look forward to a better day for a while.

Glad things are back to normal Wally. I too aim for 1000 steps per hour in the day time. Once I hit 10,000 I back down to 500-800 steps per hour for as long as I am up.

10,599 steps yesterday.  Doing OK so hoping to just keep it up.  I don't know what was causing the problem i was having before but I am glad that I can manage 10K steps again.
