Today I achieved my target time. Finished in 15:59, 5 seconds faster than last time. I must say that it was easily achievable and I will be lowering it even further.
Today I tried it again. Finished in 16:06. Looking back, if I had started my last run 5-6 secs earlier, I would have done it.

6759 steps yesterday.  I really just tried to get the 250+ steps each hour and managed that but still not able to manage 1000 steps each hour.  My muscles seem to get really tired walking for a few minutes and feel like I am climbing a steep hill.  Not sure why that is but so far today I have managed 1000 steps for the first two hours so I'll just have to see how it goes for the rest of the day.

Tried this again today and ended up with a time of 16:09. I had a plan and stuck to it. But I now know what changes need to be made to that plan. After the 2 km run, I did incline for another 3 km and ended up with calorie value equivalent to 7 km.

4679 steps yesterday.  I just tried to make sure to get my steps in each hour and didn't push for more steps.  Today I am feeling better and so far I have 1000+ steps for each of the first two hours so maybe a better day ahead.

9234 steps yesterday.  Not quite back to normal but a lot better.  I did good for most of the day but kind of ran out of steam after about 8000 steps.  So far today it seems about the same.

10,209 steps yesterday.  I'm not sure what is normal anymore but I still aspire to get to 10,000 steps when I can.  Some days are better than others so I just decided to take it as it is.
