Today I achieved my target time. Finished in 15:59, 5 seconds faster than last time. I must say that it was easily achievable and I will be lowering it even further.
Today I tried it again. Finished in 16:06. Looking back, if I had started my last run 5-6 secs earlier, I would have done it.
Tried this again today and ended up with a time of 16:09. I had a plan and stuck to it. But I now know what changes need to be made to that plan. After the 2 km run, I did incline for another 3 km and ended up with calorie value equivalent to 7 km.

10,553 steps yesterday.  I have an appointment with my dermatologist today for a follow up check on the healing of the surgery I had back in February.  It looks real good to me so the appointment shouldn't take too long but I have a couple of spots that need to be checked so maybe it will take longer and it might cut into walking time but probably not.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

9487 steps yesterday.  I spent a bit over an hour at the appointment and didn't really try to make it up but close enough.

8494 steps yesterday.  I was doing OK until my foot started giving me problems.  Every once in a while it causes me pain when I step on it and it feels like it is in the joints or the bones in my foot.  I think maybe arthritis is the cause but I took it easy for the rest of the day.  Seems just fine today.

Still coughing, but better.

6/16. 6,537 steps

The more I try to walk, the more I cough. Trying to at least get steps in each hour.

8490 steps yesterday.  I'm really just trying to make sure to get steps in each hour and lately around 7,000 to 8000 steps total for the day seems to be where I end up.

8,243 steps yesterday. Felt a bit better yesterday and again today, but taking it easy as the exercise still makes me cough some. Like you Wally, just going for steps each hour maybe 400-500, more if I can if I can.

6905 steps yesterday.  My right knee is now starting to give me some problem.  It has been a year and a half since the last injection and I am surprised it has lasted this long but it may be time for another.
