9,955 steps yesterday. And that was with almost 2 hours of walking while my phone was charging.

My iPhone7 got down to 2% charge yesterday, I recharged it to about 85% before I wanted to get started counting my steps. It seems to be holding its charge much better now...like it reset itself? I used my iPad charger last night and it charged to 100% overnight. I've been up and walking since about 9:30AM, it is 11:30 now and it is still on 100% and I have looked at several aps and checked my steps several times. It is a mystery to me but I'll take it!

3303 steps yesterday.  For some reason I was really hurting yesterday and just decided to    take the day off.  Seems to be a lot better today so maybe I will have a better day.   
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

9,825 steps yesterday. Today will probably be lower as I have to go to the dr which involves driving up to town.

I'm also running on half steam today so did a mixed workout at about 60% of my capacity.

5010 steps yesterday.  A little bit better but still not very good.  I am feeling better today, at least so far, so it will be interesting to see how it goes.

6561 steps yesterday.  I was doing a lot better but my doctors visit and then blood draw ended up taking just over 2 hours so that cut into walking quite a bit.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

I'm here and I am OK but kind of not.  I am just having a bad time trying to get many steps in and don't really know why.  I had thought that it may have something to do with my calcium level because when it was too high it affected my muscles kind of like this but I had blood work done and my electrolites were all in the normal range so that is not the problem.  I am scheduled for a bone scan Monday but I don't think that will shed any light on this. 
For now I am just going to try to get the 250 steps in each hour and not worry about total steps so for a while I am not going to post here.  I think it pushes me to try even though I don't feel up to it.

Sorry you are having problems Wally. Hope you get some answers soon and can be comfortable posting here again. You will be missed here.

Your health is more important than anything. Take care and take it easy for a few days. Ride through this phase, whatever it is, you can post afterwards.
