13,588 steps yesterday. Ran out of steam in the evening. The fierce winds all day had me on edge and when they finally died down after dark I felt exhausted so didn't want to push for the steps.

10,631 steps yesterday.  Happy to manage over 10K steps each day for the week.  I hope to do as well this week but tomorrow I have a skin cancer surgery scheduled on my leg so I don't know how much time that will involve.  The Dermatologist tried to use a prescription cream to remove the cancer to avoid surgery but it didn't work.  It is on my shin where the skin is so tight it is not easy to stitch up so it may require a skin graft, not thrilled about that.

15,357 steps yesterday.

I already see an improvement in the forum...when I click on NEW it takes me to the newest post instead of the top of the page where the new post is.

Yes it does. But there's still a flaw. The intended behavior of the NEW button should be to take you to 'your' first unread post in the thread. This was how the old SMF s/w was working. I'll update them of this 'bug' and hope the improvement comes up soon.

Oops, I forgot, walked 5 km yesterday evening.

10,773 steps yesterday.  The skin cancer MOSE surgery went better than I expected and it only took about 2 hours so walking today won't be too interrupted.

11,460 steps yesterday. I tweaked my back unloading groceries and 20# bags of bird seed so took it easy the rest of the day.

10,299 steps yesterday.  I think I over did it a bit after the surgery on my leg.  I felt good and didn't think I was going to hurt anything but it was a pretty big cut, about the size of a quarter, and kind of deep.  Later in the evening it was bleeding quite a bit and I had to re-do the dressing and wrap tape around it to put some pressure on the wound.  Seems OK now but I am going to let it rest and I am not going to worry about steps for a couple of days.

14,552 steps yesterday. Back seems to be OK today, but not going to push it if starts to hurt again. Yeah Wally, always better to err on the side of caution.

Only just over 2000 steps yesterday.  It seems the leg is doing a good job of healing but I am still going to take it easy for a couple of days more.  I was told to expect 3-4 weeks to heal.

13,510 steps yesterday. My back got a little achey in the evening so I took it easy.

Wally, sending you good thoughts for a speedy healing.
