I had to take it easier than I expected yesterday as I somehow developed a pain in my hip that made it hard to do a lot but so far today it is not that bad so I am going to try to get back to my hourly walking goal and so far it is going OK so will see how it does.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

3690 steps yesterday. Not quite up to my goal and I missed one of my hours but doing better and should be doing OK today. My pain in my hip is from the sciatica but it seems the more I do manage to walk the better it is so I will try to get my steps in each hour. I don't try to get a number for the total and it seems that around 4000 is where I end up if I get at least 250 steps in each hour but I have to make sure to get up each hour to walk.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

7,979 steps yesterday.

Getting back in the groove slowly. My thumb seems to have responded to the short term increase of my Meloxicam so no need for dr visit. It is almost back to normal. I think Winter's cold is settling into my bones some and making sitting by the fire most desirable! You are so right Wally, if I don't get up several times in an hour and walk a bit, I have really stiff knees and back when I do get up. Have to keep it moving more regularly!

4434 steps yesterday and 12/12 hours so getting back to my goal. I do have some hip pain that is from the sciatica but it is not too bad. Each day it is kind of what is going to hurt today and how much but that is just how it is.

6,485 steps yesterday.

Felt really tired yesterday so I didn't push for steps. I've decided my hands and knees really don't much like this deep cold weather so much anymore. I have things I have to do outside so I can't stay inside all the time.

I have a rx at the PO to pick up, but I really don't relish driving until it gets somewhat warmer...at least above 0°!!  I'll just have to see what the day brings.
