6,137 steps yesterday.

Activity was much the same as yesterday, although I did run out to pick up a rx from my PO box, deposit crystal lady's check from Monday and popped into the grocery store while I was out. That trip out kept my steps in the 6,000 step range, which is where I am happy for now.

Repeated 150 cal at a lower incline, but increased the speed. I then, also did some exercises for my legs and upper arms on the Home Gym.

Feeling good and still in I guess what I should call "Super Spring Cleaning" mode. It really feels good to see so much "stuff" that has been hanging around go away!! Or be filed/stored in a much smaller space. but mostly gone!!  ~ cat ~

Repeated the same with 5 counts added to both exercises. In terms of steps, maybe around 4350.

5,588 steps yesterday.

Moore of the same mostly. I started  going through my bookcases in the "library" but was having a hard time putting books in the donate box so gave up on that for now. Made a nice new cozy shelter for the front porch and tidied up the other ones. Then my friend came over with some pillows she was tossing and a couple wicker laundry baskets that we put in the kitty house for new beds. The cats are skirting them as they smell of other cats for now. I'm sure they'll like them once they get used to them. Then we visited for a while so not so much walking yesterday.

No plans for today except the laundry I didn't get to yesterday and gather the garbage for tomorrow's pickup.
