I remember in our early days John was hospitalized for about a week and he could not contact us. I think he was able to make just one post using the hospital WiFi. We do have a contact email ID of his wife. Hoping for his comeback today.

Didn't check today. Wakey night.

We saw on our news that the East coast had historic flooding in the states of New York and New Jersey and some people were killed.  I hope John is safe from this awful weather.

It is currently 61 deg F here and it has not been that cool for many months.

123 this morning, oops !  I went a bit overboard last night and had some french fries but they were good so at least I know why.
Our weather here is going to be pretty tame for the next few days and maybe getting a bit cooler.
Yeah, I guess the East Coast got hit pretty hard with lots of flooding and even tornados. 
I know that when I was in the hospital about 5 years ago I didn't have any to access the internet, I didn't even have my phone with me.  Hope that is why we haven't heard from Tamagno  and he can post soon.

104 this sunny morning.

68° was the high yesterday, it was 37° when I got up around 8:15AM, but it is already up to 58°. Today's forecast is 73°/37°.

Last night was one of those can't get to sleep nights. By the time I accepted it, it was too late to take a Benadryl. It makes me fuzzy the next day. Plus I had to get up 2 times to pee which is very unusual. I guess I have been drinking too much water too late in the evening. Sheesh! I feel like carp today and to add insult to injury my stomach is upset this morning so I am sipping ginger tea to try to settle it.

Still keeping Tamagno in my thoughts and prayers.

Worried about John as well. I check multiple times a day just to see if he has posted and that he's OK. JFYI I have mailed his wife to enquire.

My meter battery was out when I tried to check this morning and I don't have a spare for the type this meter uses. I'll get a new one today and will report tomorrow.

It is 64 deg F here with a high of 75 deg F.  Really different weather compared to last week.

Worried about John, hope it all turns out alright.

84 this morning.  Well, the weather gurus changed their forecast and now it is supposed to get hotter this weekend with highs around 107-108° through Tuesday then maybe cooling down a bit, or not.
SKB, hope you get some info about Tamagno.

81 this blue sky morning. Slept like a rock last night and do feel better today.

70° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 75°/37°.

Yesterday went from bad to worse. I got a bloody nose again, the worst ever. As I was taking out some tissue I had stuffed up to stop it a golf ball sized blood clot came out with it. Scared the carp out of me!! It stopped soon after that but I am puzzled at why all of a sudden I am getting all these bloody noses.

Hoping the reply from John's wife is that he is safe.

Heavy heart day no doubt. Yesterday I didn't go to work and stayed home. I'm posting the video that John made for us which was used on the Healthy Weigh Channel.
