Last night we got a whole bunch of wind and rain combined and there was an accident involving a semi truck in front of our place.  It took the BIG wrecker a long time to haul the semi away.  Today we have flurries and maybe a little accumulation of the white stuff.

96 this morning.  We got down to 25° overnight so it does seem a lot more like Winter but warming up to around 58° today.  They are predicting we have a 90% chance of rain here Monday night and Tuesday and over 4 feet of snow in the Sierra Mountains which is a very good thing.  Storms here always head East so Grammabear and Barbara will probably see something from this.  A lot of tornados yesterday in the Mid West and a lot of damage.  I will take earthquakes over tornados any day.

Yes, I love the snowflakes too, especially since they don't pile up and we end up shoveling them off the road, sidewalk or in some cases of heavy snowfall - off the roof.  Thanks skb.

We got flurries yesterday, but no accumulation.

I lost an Amazon order yesterday, that is it is showing that it was delivered, but no picture showing it was delivered, so now I have to contact customer service to try and resolve this problem.

94 this morning.  I had to correct yesterday's post, It was not 2° but it was 25° for the low.  Today we got down to 26° and it looks like we will be in the low 50s for the next few days.  Still looking good for some rain starting Monday night through Tuesday.
The Amazon link is good, I had changed security settings in the Edge browser and it blocked it.  Working now.

I'm still waiting on a case of cat food that I ordered from Amazon on 11/19. It says delivery 12/23!! I am getting really tired of "it is the supply chain problem" excuse...

I am not sure the order in the advert is mine because I had two orders and the one that appeared to be missing was around $80 something.  Turns out that the delivery person said they left it on the porch, but they lied.  My husband found it today in our rural mailbox, which in the U.S. is illegal to put stuff in the mailbox unless it has a U.S. postage paid on it.  I did talk to Customer Service on Amazon, but they really can't do much about someone behaving badly.  The individual will eventually slip up and perhaps lose their job.  Yes, I did use our site link.

Not that it probably makes a difference in your awaited shipment of cat food, but there was a tornado that went through the Midwest recently that completely collapsed an Amazon warehouse killing many people and many people are still listed as missing in the rubble. 

Tornadoes left a trail of destruction across 6 states with many people left dead.  This storm happened at night when no one could see it coming.  We feel very lucky to have escaped this destruction.

80 this morning.  We are expecting rain starting tonight and through tomorrow.  They are expecting 4-5 feet of snow in the mountains so that is going to make a lot of people happy.
I got a new weather station and tried to get it set up yesterday but it will not transmit data to the console.  I tried everything in their help section with no luck so I guess I will be calling them today.  Disappointing with finally having weather finally coming.

I'm surprised that if you can't get it working, maybe it is a defective piece of equipment.  Very happy you might be getting much need precipitation for your area.
