94 this morning.  I tried to post earlier this morning and just before I hit the post button the connection quit and I could not log back on.  My internet was working just fine and all other sites opened up as usual so I guess the site was down for a while.

100 today morning.

I did get a maintenance email from the Host company but that was for another site on another server. But maybe this server was under maintenance break too.

I don't own a Fitbit or Apple watch but I do think it is something I'd like to have to trace several things during the day. A CGM on a watch would be the best thing to have for diabetics.

I don't have a fitbit or Apple watch either. For my purposes the iPhone/Health app/walk app does enough for me. It may not be exact but gives me an approximate of my steps...works for me at this point..

158 this morning.

On my way to an ER this morning - there's a whole bolux over getting fluid drained from my lungs - should wind up okay, but its hard finding which hospital I go to and getting doctor's approval...

Tamagno - I wish you the best during and after your procedure.  Will be thinking of you.

Yesterday I saw the GP for my regular diabetic check up per Medicare's rules.  Funny how the GP prescribed my diabetic supplies like the CGM and the insulin infusion sets - but she doesn't understand how either of them operate.  She is very personable and willing to ask questions, but there is little time to do so.  Also found out I have a UTI, so she prescribed an antibiotic.  Hope it works.

93 this morning.  We hit the predicted 104° yesterday and it is supposed to get to 106° today.  It is going to stay around there through the weekend then back to the 90s next week.
It seems like Apple is working on the ability to check blood sugar with their watch.  Something about getting the data from sweat but I don't know it that is very close.  It would be a good reason to get one if it ever gets made.  I have had a Fitbit of one kind or another for about 10 years and like it for the information and that it is on my wrist where I would have a watch but the Fitbit does that also.  The problem I had with using my phone was that I often forgot to put it in my pocket.
Tamagno, hope all goes well with your procedure.

108 this blue sky morning.

79° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 90°/46°. Getting too hot for me...

Tamagno, hope all goes well with your procedure and you heal quickly.

Grammabear hope your uti heals quickly.

99 today morning.

Tamagno hope all goes well and you feel better.

I've read about the Apple watch being launched next year. We'll know more when it is launched and I do hope that it is accurate.

118 this morning.

The weather in our area has become much warmer and a whole LOT more humid.  Humidity percentage today is 74% compared to yesterday when it was 34%.  It will not be so pleasant outdoors.

I hope Tamagno is okay and he feels better.

160 this morning.

I slept late after another busy and trying day. The upshot is that I went to the ER of my oncologist.  They decided the fluid in my lungs was too thick for the usual procedure so then they decided the problem was musculoskeletor instead and I was given 'scripts for tramadol and gabapentin and sent home.

To be honest, I have no idea what to think about this affair. I'm not in pain, but I'm also drugged. Not sure what I ought do next as I don't know what caused it. Best to just wait a couple of days and see how things go, I suppose...

80 this morning.  We got a bit hotter yesterday than predicted with a high of 108° and it is supposed to be 109° today.  On the plus side our humidity is around 15% but it is still hot in the afternoon and the walk across the street to get the mail is the only reason to go outside.  It is nice and comfortable in the house so me and the dog are happy to stay inside.
Geeze Tamagno, I hope you get some answers and something helps improve your problem.

107 this sunny morning.

Today is my 72nd Birthday. I guess we lost the Happy Birthday thread somewhere in an upgrade. Felt kind of sad not seeing one when I logged in... oh well... I made it another year and I am happy about that.

82° was the high yesterday and today is going to be hotter at 91°/54° too hot for me!!

So sorry to hear your news Tamagno. I hope you get some relief and answers soon so you can feel better. Gabapentin is one of the drugs I had a very bad reaction to. Hope it helps you.

Well !   ~bdy~

Too bad the "happy birthday" thread seems to have gone by-by but congratulations on another trip around the sun.
My BD is just around the corner on June 10 and I will be 79, whew, that sounds old.
