Hi gattupatel,

Welcome. Hope you will have a good and fruitful time on the forum. We appreciate your post on Medicare issues in the Type 1 forum. If anyone has any specific questions, I'm sure they will ask.

BTW, Is there an obesity link to Diabetes? That's quite debatable. I think there already are a few comments on the subject, somewhere.

Do visit often, and post regularly. I'm sure you will enjoy being here.

Hello and welcome, Bhavesh. I think you'll find lots of support and good information here, and be able to better control your diabetes from now on. Be sure to read the articles & other links you find here . . . there's so much available and knowledge is power over this insidious disease.

I don't know that there is actually a link between obesity and diabetes, but I am also obese, and the LCHF way-of-eating will facilitate weight loss as well as lower our blood sugar.

One of our members foxl is a vegan on LCHF. So it's quite possible to be a vegetarian & still follow this way of eating. Maybe our Recipes section will give you lots of ideas.
