No bedtime reading last night. I fell again and it took a bit before I could get up so just went to bed. I'm OK, just a couple new black and blue spots.

SKB, hope you can get back to normal soon.  I think we all are trying.  This sciatica has me dealing with a lot of pain still but I will get by it eventually but now I think I am dealing with covid also so nit too active.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

Wally, hope you recover soon. I guess all the dr visits left you exposed more than you normally would have been. Hope you don't have a bad case if you do have Covid
