92 at bedtime last night.

The battery in my meter died between readings (I usually do 2, one from each hand) so was glad I had a backup in the drawer. Now need to replace the backup!

100 at bedtime last night. Kind of a surprise as I ate later and strayed from the "menu plan" a bit. Took reading at same time as I usually do and got a fairly normal reading. The body is truly mysterious...

Boy you have that right.  I think I know where I will be after a meal because I have tested for so long and am still often surprised.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.
