132 at bedtime last night. Strayed a bit after dinner with about 3Tbsp of ice cream. It doesn't take much to push that number up. And my current pcp says I am cured of diabetes...yeah right!

;D  Yup, it doesn't take much and the recovery is also 4 days long (for me).
