Thanks! Seared ahi tuna and sautéed zucchini cubes with a bit of red pepper for dinner. No "treats" included. :-)

81 at bedtime last night.

Leftovers from last night plus 3 shrimp and more zucchini for dinner... I'm really liking this ahi tuna! Found it frozen in smallish pieces at the grocery store. The sizes were just the right meal size for me and it is a winner bg # wise!!

Not sure. Same type meal but with ground beef instead of the tuna. No treats, and a lot more water. (Sadly equals more peeing in the night.) It seems if I stay up a little later the number seems to come down. I just wish it would stay there for the fasting reading...
