84 at bedtime last night. Taken at 10PM, day was hectic and ate way off schedule. Guess I should look at what I did as it seemed to have worked!

I ate dinner later last night and tonight too. I took the reading about the same time last night will see what tonight's # is at bedtime. I think I'm going for 10:30PM if I don't just need to go to bed earlier.

My diet doesn't change that much and the times I eat, I do share if I've gone off the reservation, that is why I just can't seem to understand the big fluctuations in the bedtime readings.

I ate a bit later, took bg about 1/2 hour earlier than normal...just don't get it.
