150 at bedtime last night. Don't know what happened there but I had taken bg a couple readings prior and the number was coming down quickly so I am sure it would still be going down after I went to bed. Just a blip, but I was so happy to finally see lower numbers again...

167 at bedtime last night. My fault, I was craving chile for dinner, had some turkey chile in the pantry, only ate about 1/2 c. w/cheese & sour cream along with a toasted flour street taco (the tiny ones). Guess it was enough to mess me up. Oh well, it really hit the spot!
