No reading. I had slathered Aspercreme on my thumb and it was all over my hands even after rinsing them off. First reading was a crazy high # no where near right so didn't pursue it.

186! at bedtime last night.  I had no appetite, all I could eat was some lettuce with a few beans on it, no dressing. Worried about nutrition so I drank a Glucerna snack drink. I guess it doesn't play that well with my bg after all. I was looking for the nutrients... I guess I need to find a better meal replacement drink as this appetite loss happens often.

Yeah, I looked at the ingredient label on Glucerna and it didn't look good to me.  I don't know why it is supposed to be good for diabetics.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

I guess I just can't win for losing. I look at Ensure and it looks worse... sigh...
