199 last night at bedtime. Feeling "off", not sure why.

Maybe I will ask about going back on Metformin for a while when I see pcp Jan 9.

211 at bedtime.

Small slice of frozen Rao's cheese pizza for dinner. Saw it at grocery store and it sounded good. It was! But of course paid for it! My sore tooth makes eating unpleasant and this "sounded" good............... The rest, I'll just scrape off the topping and put it on some zoodles.

Yup. That happens. I have myself started tightening my grip on diet as of yesterday (New Year). Every year, from Diwali onwards and right until the end of the year, I have a tough time due to the goodies floating all around.

Yeah the goodies kind of get to me too sometimes. But I also go through periods where no food at all appeals to me and I know I need to eat something. That is where I get in trouble. I try to make decent choices, like the Glucerna snack drink or some organic meal replacement drinks. The Glucerna I thought would be marginally OK, but no such luck. I get frustrated trying to find something appealing to eat that doesn't kill my bg# but it is hard. I stick to intermittent fasting, I only eat between 9AM and 6PM, it is a fairly big window but maybe I just need to eat when I am actually hungry and not try to the stick to the schedule. It's a challenge!

Yeah if the tooth is hurting there is a cause and an infection is likely.  I wouldn't let it go for too long.
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

I know, I have to call a few friends I trust to see if anyone can recommend a dentist. I don't like just going to the phone book and picking one... That is today's project!

168 at bedtime last night.

Went out to get some yogurt I had special ordered, Straus Family Creamery, expensive, but I like it the best! So I picked up some Orajel which helped tooth pain. I found a dentist that would see me today so hopefully tooth will be taken care of!! See her/him, not sure which dentist there I will see, at noon.
