200 at bedtime last night.  With all the stress over water and the steroid shots, I'm surprised it isn't higher frankly. Oh well, this too shall pass.

113 at bedtime. Surprising, but I was really working had moving snow and hardly ate anything so maybe that is why.

Has to be. I have always used exercise as an alternate to medicine to keep tabs on my numbers. Type, intensity and timing all are important.

192 at bedtime last night. I did have some split pea soup from the freezer for dinner.... I guess the day of rest allowed the steroids that were left floating around, to finally rear their ugly heads.... sigh, it is what it is, as always....

First day of Metformin, doubt it was that, ate much better than lately, that is more likely. I was surprised at fasting number today (145) though.

149 at bedtime last night.

2 days on the Metformin and it is messing with my stomach/intestinal tract. Going to stop it until after my dr appointments this week. I can deal when I am home, but not when I'm out and about. As I recall when I originally took it I had the same problems. Then, I split the dose to get adjusted. But this time I have Time Release pills and you can't split those.

I checked randomly at 30 minutes post my TM workout. Clocked 128.
