125 at bedtime last night. And I know exactly why. I choked on one of my. evening vitamins and couldn't stop coughing so put some honey in warm water to try to sooth my throat. Didn't help much. Took my temp...just in case...97.3°.

189 after breakfast this morning.  Talk about doing silly things.  Not only did I indulge in a half cup of unsweetened applesauce, but I also forgot to do my breakfast insulin.   :-X
