Yesterday was the first anniversary of my mother-in-law's death. There was a small religious ceremony at home where all of her favourite items were cooked. I ate of all of the high carby stuff as a sort of an OGTT. The approximate glucose load was much more than the 75 gms of glucose in the OGTT.

At 45 minutes after the meal I had touched 272.  ~yik~

I felt all the weariness of a high carb intake after that. Now to try and get all that glycogen out of my system.
