Quote from: walkerwally1 on December 31, 2021, 10:26:30 AMGosh, it seems like we all are dealing with some kind of health issue.  In my case the pain is constant and I hope to manage until my doctor's appointment Wednesday.  Take care of yourselves.

Exactly my feelings. All these years I had no health issues to report, knowing that I was the youngest and sooner or later things would catch up with me. But I did keep my fitness at top priority. However, if ill-health is going to catch up with you, it will. Wish everyone a better 2022.

My throat condition is now a fully congested throat and cough.

Woke up to 126 today.

107 this morning.

I fell in our bathroom last night, didn't break anything, but I sure feel "beat up"today.

92 this morning.  Hoping for a better year in 2022.  Pain in my side is getting worse so if I don't post it is probably because I went to the hospital.  I'll take my phone but I have never tried to use it for that.  I may not go, it just depends on how bad it gets.

130 this clear frigid morning. Not unexpected as last night was one of those no sleep nights and I have another bloody nose both sides this time. I alternate between sweating and being chilled. Took my temp earlier and it was 98.0 so OK there. Stomach is acting up too, so something is going on.

It was 0° when I went to bed last night, when I got up, really early for me it was -10°, it is up to -9 (big deal!). Today's forecast is 20°/-5° on one site, 20°/10° on another. I'd be happier for the 2nd one.

So sorry you took a fall Kathy, hope you feel better quickly. Wally, hope you don't have to go to hospital. Not a great beginning for 2022...

104 this cold mostly cloudy morning. 8° outside right now.

Worried about both Wally and Kathy, they usually post well before I do. Hope they are both OK.

Feeling much better today, had a good sleep and stomach seems to have settled down, nose still weepy but not heavy red blood. Knee is a bit better each day. Going to take one more day of rest before I go out to run errands.

Yesterday's high was 15°, today's forecast is 30°/8°. Tomorrow's forecast is for a high of 36° an almost bearable number!

I'm here, just late to post.  I had a 96 this morning.  I'm still dealing with quite a bit of pain but I am hoping to make it until Wednesday when I see my doctor.
It is quite late for Kathy to post so hope she is OK.

I have a feeling she is very sore from her fall. It takes a day for all the aches and pains to really show themselves. I too hope she is OK, just resting.

106 this morning.  It is cool right now at 24° but warming up to around 50° later.  It looks like we will warm up each day this week to highs in the low 60s.  No more rain in sight for a while.
I do hope Kathy is OK.  I had a fall last week on top of the other issues I am dealing with.  My knee buckled and I fell flat on my but, which is probably a good thing because I didn't break anything but my but is still sore from that.  It just takes longer to recover from things like that.

107 this mostly cloudy morning.

25° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 34°/13° with a good chance of snow flurries late afternoon and evening. Looks like a warming trend towards the end of the week and next week, temps in the 40's. I'm looking forward to that!

I am worried about Kathy. I fell Nov 30 and am still in pain in my knee though it gets a little better most days, then it flares up again. It takes so much longer to recover as you get older. What concerns me is that she hasn't at least checked in to let us know what is going on.

I have to go out and run some errands today, I'll wait till afternoon to give it a chance to warm up some (it is 25° now). I would rather not go out but kitties need kibble...

A fall at any age is bad, but in older age definitely to be taken very seriously. All of us have taken ill at the same time. Hope we all are able to recover and be healthy in 2022.

107 this morning.  It is slowly warming up a bit and we should be in the low 60s for a few days.  No rain in sight so just some partly cloudy days but also not windy.
Yeah, falls are scary and it takes more effort to avoid them as I get older.  After breaking my hip I don't want to go through that again.  I hope Kathy is able to return soon and is OK.

101 this partly cloudy morning.

A balmy 41° was the high yesterday, today's forecast is 32°/22° with possible snow flurries. The 40's for the end of the week have dropped to 30's, 40's for next week.

I am really worried about Kathy. Falls can be really bad and injuries can sometimes take a day or two to show up. I sure hope she is OK and will be able to post again soon.

How are you feeling skb? Hope you are on the mend.
