If that is the only reason, trust me, they will fend for themselves. I just made the suggestion because many times you have mentioned that you DD has been asking you to move.

103 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 61° and that will probably be the high for the week, today 57° and cooler tomorrow, still not bad for December but usually January and February are the coldest.
I know Barbara you have taken on the responsibility for the cats and feel an obligation but there has to be some kind of solution.  Since you can't afford to have them fixed their population is going to continue to grow and what do you do with an ever growing herd?  This could become overwhelming and trying to care for 24, 34, 44 cats would be very much of a problem.  Is there some kind of animal control or shelter around you?

Yesterday's high was 40°, today's forecast is 38°/17° and clear.

Yes, it is a responsibility to care for all these cats. Since Covid hit most TNR centers are closed. I do need to call the vet I used when my Baby Boo was alive and see if she knows of anyplace that can help me.

108 this morning.  Our high yesterday was a bit cooler at 58° and it is supposed to be 56° today however it is 28° now at 7:30 so we may not even get there.  Now they are showing a 45% chance of rain Sunday, that would be nice but that is iffy.
That would be nice if you can get some help Barbara, that is quite a load you have taken on.

38° was the high yesterday, today's forecast mis 31°/18° with clear skies.

I was going to go out today, but I find it harder and harder to make myself go out. I think I can eek out one more day of the kitty kibble and go out tomorrow. I have Chewy delivery set to ship 12/12. 60# of kibble and 64 cans of wet food every 4 weeks and I usually have to buy a small bag of kibble to get by... Expensive, but they make me smile every time I see them playing outside.

107 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 57° and it is going to be the same today.  Overnight low was 30° but it is bright and sunny with no wind so nice when it warms up.
Up in the Sierras at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area they have 8 1/2 feet (2.6M) of snow right now and expecting another 4 feet over the weekend for a total of 12 1/2 feet (3.8M) so they are looking really good.  We may see a bit of rain Sunday morning but most of the moisture is going to be farther North.

I just can't go out today. This cold has me so broken. I called my neighbor to see if he would pick up a bag of cat kibble to tide me over.  Haven't heard from him yet.

I forgot to test again today. Actually I slept very early and also woke up pretty early. Was with my laptop doing some work.

103 this morning.  Well, I am a bit late to the party today, got busy doing things.  Our high was 56° yesterday and it will probably be the same today getting cloudy later.  It is predicted to be a 90% chance of rain tonight after midnight and tomorrow morning.  That would be nice so we will see what happens.

No fasting this morning. Got up early and went to the store, my neighbor didn't come through for me yesterday so I had to go out and get kibble for the kitties. Ran 2 errands and was totally exhausted when I got home...this cold is really getting to me this year... it is too early for this cold.

I am seriously starting to think about calling animal control to pick up some of the kitties...it will break my heart, but I can't afford to keep feeding a growing herd. As long as they are a no kill place I would be OK with it.

That may not be such a bad thing as it sounds. They will be taken care of of.

104 this morning.  Well, we did get just a bit of rain, 0.10 inch, just enough to get the pavement wet but the wind kept most of it away.  Any time we have winds of 20-30 MPH it tends to blow the clouds out of here.  Significant rain in other parts of Southern California though and lots of snow in the mountains so pretty good overall. 
SKB, I printed the item for the girl and it came out quite good.  I was happy as the poor printer has sat for months without getting used so I was glad to see that settings had not changed.  I was also glad that the filament was OK as it can absorb moisture from the air and become a problem but mine was good.  The PLA that I used for this is not as bad at absorbing moisture as some other kinds and I keep some in containers with devices to pull the moisture out of the air.

I didn't take a Benadryl last night but feel really fuzzy today, taking it easy...
