ETA: I am so broken right now, I have no appetite, thanks Boost and Glucerna for a couple of meals a day. Hoping my kitty food comes in in the next couple of days as I don't think I have energy to shop again soon... I'm beginning I to think I need to do a Covid home test.

109 this morning.  I don't know what our high was yesterday, my weather console lost connection to the internet around 5:00Am and I don't know why and I could not get it to re-connect then last night it connected on it's own?  I hate electronic devices but we are dependent on them so much now.   ~ins~
Barbara, it sounds like you need to get an appointment with your PCP.  I am not that confident in the home Covid tests, they may be OK but I tried them and it showed negative which I believe it was but I still am not that sure how effective they are.

Slow to get going again this morning. I don't have fever, just sooo tired all the time. I think it is the cold which has been brutal so far this season.

98 this mostly cloudy morning.

Yesterday's high was 35° again, today's forecast is 32°/13°, no snow today.

87 this morning, salad for dinner.  Our high yesterday was 53° and overnight low 28° and that looks like that will be the story for the rest of the week.  All chance of rain for the next 10 days are gone.  The storm system that went through the West Coast is heading East and is going to hit some areas hard.  I hope that doesn't include you Barbara.  Also I hope you are feeling better.

Hi,

I'm back. Had a Carb overload these past 3 days, but then I walked and walked and walked. I made the stupid mistake of taking shoes which I don't use on a regular basis and they gave me some trouble but that didn't stop me.

No test today, nor for the next couple of days. Let me normalize a bit.

104 this morning.  Our high was 55° yesterday with an overnight low of 26° and that looks like the norm at least through the weekend. 
I have an appointment today to get another of those "patch" stick on monitors which are much nicer to have on instead of the Holter Monitor.  My Cardiologist wants to do another check on my heart rhythm and then next week another ultra sound.   
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.

105 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 56° and the overnight low was 28° and it looks like the same for today.  It looks like we will be having higher temps next week into the mid 6os and overnight over the freezing mark. 
I got my "patch", heart monitor, on yesterday and it is really not intrusive.  It is attached to my upper chest and it doesn't interfere with anything I want to do.  I am supposed to be careful with it in the shower and try to keep it from the direct force of the shower but other than that I don't really notice that it is there.  I have to wear it for a week then box it up and mail it to the Mfg. lab for their report to my cardiologist.  So much better than the Holter Monitor and you get a whole week of results.

Cat food arrived today, thank goodness as was almost out. 2 big boxes to unpack, did one so I could feed the herd, will do the other one this afternoon...

Will they also share it with you or just send it to the cardiologist ? I would love to see my own reports or rhythms if you will.

No, they just send the report to the cardiologist and I get the results, his interpretation, from him.  I don't see an actual print out.

104 this morning.  Our high yesterday was 55° and overnight low 27°.  It looks like we will have below freezing lows through the weekend and then warming up a bit next week.  We should get from the mid 50s to the mid 60s.

Finally back on track... 96 this partly cloudy morning.

Yesterday's high was 31°, today's forecast is 28°/14° mostly clear. Still wishing it would warm up some...
